The following terms and conditions will apply for registration and participation in the Araiza Diamante program.

 

SUBSCRIPTION TO THE PROGRAM

The membership in the loyalty program is free and it is available to (a) anyone over eighteen (18) years of age at the time of registration; (b) provide valid and accurate personal information; (c) not a member of the program* (that is, you do not have a currently active account in the loyalty program).

To be part of Araiza Diamante and receive the benefits, it is necessary:

  • Register to the Araiza Diamante program

 

Registration can be done physically at any of the five (5) Araiza Hoteles, website www.araizadiamante.com or through the Araiza Hoteles application.

The registration process includes providing the following information:

  • Name
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number

 

*Any active and registered Araiza Diamante card can be used for the accumulation and redemption of program benefits; the client must have only one card as the main card, in case of having duplicate registration, the account that does not present movement and / or use will be suspended.

Members are responsible for reading and understanding the loyalty program rules, to understand their rights, responsibilities, and program level.

 

ARAIZA DIAMANTE MEMBERSHIP

When registering to the Araiza Diamante program, all members will receive a digital card at no cost via email, this will work to identify themselves as program members.

For Black Diamond members, their personalized membership will be granted at no cost, in case of theft and / or loss there will be a charge of $ 50 MXN for card replacement.

 

POINTS ACUMMULATION

Araiza Diamante benefits are determined based on the number of points accumulated throughout the program. 10 points will be accumulated for every $ 1.00 MXN (one Mexican peso) spent at any Araiza Hoteles consumption center.

 

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

There are three (3) levels of benefits in Araiza Diamante, the level will depend on the number of points accumulated in the account of each member of the program, depending on the level the following benefits will be assigned:

 

ARAIZA DIAMANTE:

At the moment of registration, up to 399,999 qualifying points.

 

 

ARAIZA PLATINUM:

At the time of generating 400,000 qualifying points, after the registration date.

 

 

ARAIZA BLACK DIAMOND:

At the time of generating 800,000 qualifying points, after the registration date.

Each membership has a required score per year. You can raise or maintain your membership level according to the following specifications:

  • Platinum Level: 400,000 qualifying points to achieve and maintain the level.
  • Black Diamond Level: 800,000 qualifying points to achieve and maintain the level.

In case of not reaching and / or maintaining the necessary score in the estimated time, the category will be downgraded automatically.

To maintain an active level within the Araiza Diamante program and keep the accumulated points, you must participate in activities that meet the requirements, such as completing a qualifying stay, redeeming Araiza Diamante points, earning points through purchases at centers of Araiza Hoteles consumption, earning points through temporary promotions.

PLATINUM LEVEL

  • 10% discount on dry cleaning.

  • 10% discount on the rental of hotel facilities (does not apply to weddings, XV years, baby showers, bachelor parties).
  • Late check out until 3:00 pm (upon request and subject to availability).
  • Free room upgrade (only between one room class, subject to availability).
  • 1 courtesy drink per guest paid in the room.
  • 500 points every membership anniversary.
  • Courtesy in room.

 

BLACK DIAMOND LEVEL

  • 15% discount on dry cleaning.
  • 15% discount on food and beverages (does not apply for breakfasts included in the rate).
  • 10% discount on the rental of hotel facilities (does not apply to weddings, XV years, baby showers, bachelor parties).
  • Late check out until 4:00 pm (upon request and subject to availability).
  • Early check in from 10:00 am (upon request and subject to availability).
  • Free room upgrade (2 classes above the room).
  • 1 courtesy drink per guest paid in the room.
  • 700 points each anniversary.
  • Personalized courtesy based on survey.
  • Welcome kit.
  • Points do not expire *

PERSONALIZED OFFERS

EARLY CHECK-IN, LATE CHECK-OUT

Check-in and check-out times are determined by each hotel and may vary based on location.

The Early Check-In benefit can be requested during the reservation process, while the Late Check-Out can be requested the morning of the day of departure from the hotel.

We want to provide you with the best service so we will do our best to respond to these requests, however, all special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

 

COURTESY DRINK

From Platinum level, you will receive a courtesy drink for each stay. In addition, your companions in the room will be able to enjoy this benefit. Limited to one drink per person. Participating drinks are subject to availability.

In order to access this benefit, you must be an active member of the program.

It is essential that the account holder Araiza Diamante is staying in a room.

 

ANNIVERSARY POINTS

We want to celebrate you, therefore, on each anniversary that you spend as an Araiza Diamante member, you will receive a bonus of 500 or 700 Araiza Diamante points*.

Our Platinum members will be awarded a bonus of 500 points and Black Diamond members a bonus of 700 points.

In order to access this benefit, you must be an active member of the program, the anniversary date will be the one on which they entered the Araiza Diamante program.

POINTS PER LEVEL CHANGE

Once you have reached the Platinum and / or Black Diamond level, you will be awarded 5,000 or 10,000 points * Araiza Diamante respectively.

GENERALITIES

There is no cost related to the registration of Araiza Diamante.

Points under the Araiza Diamante program are personal so they cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, exchanged for cash or shared with a friend, family member or others.

To make a request to change your email, you must provide an email that is not registered within Araiza Diamante.

The redemption of benefits will not generate points to the program.

Hoteles Araiza reserves the right to terminate any account from the Araiza Diamante program that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. It will be understood that an account has no activity when there are no transactions registered in it. Araiza Hoteles reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the Araiza Diamante program at any time without the need for notification.

Hoteles Araiza reserves the right to change or modify the terms of use or any policy of the program, at any time without the need to notify it. Any change or modification made will take effect at the time of being published on araizadiamante.com.

By registering and using the program, you accept these terms and conditions described, and the related terms referred to, likewise, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Notice of the program and accepted it. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, you must reserve the right to participate in the program. Continued participation in Araiza Diamante will confirm your acceptance of the changes or modifications made to the program and its terms. It is the responsibility of the members of the program to check the updates and / or modifications of these Terms and Conditions frequently. It is the obligation of the members of the program to read the Privacy Notice carefully to understand how Araiza Diamante collects, uses and displays the information of its members.

Platinum and Black Diamond members benefits may vary by hotel and destination and may not be available at all hotels.

 

POINTS POLICY

In order to keep the accumulated Araiza Diamante points, Araiza Diamante members must maintain an active status within the Program. Members who do not retain their active status for 24 consecutive months will lose all the Araiza Diamante points they have accumulated.

*In the case of Black Diamond members, their points will not expire as long as they maintain constant activity at Araiza Hoteles, otherwise, when they are inactive for 24 consecutive months, the points accumulated at the moment will be lost in their entirety.

Beginning December 1, 2023 at 00:00 (Pacific Time) and on the first day of each following month, we will remove Araiza Diamante points from accounts that have not submitted qualifying activity for the previous 24 consecutive months.

Points will be divided into two (2) categories.

  • Points will be divided into two (2) categories.
  • Non-qualifying points: Those points obtained for promotions, special bonuses, certain types of rates and charges.

To receive the points, it is necessary to indicate your membership number when making your reservation, check - in, entering Araiza Hoteles consumption centers or when paying for your services.

In the event that two or more members of the Araiza Diamante program share a room, Araiza will award the points to the member who has made the reservation, provided their membership number and stays in the room. For stays of one or more nights, members cannot change the Araiza Diamante number associated with the stay.

Araiza Diamante points will not be awarded for payment of taxes, service charges, tips, free rooms / stays, rooms reserved through a travel agent or online sellers. Rooms reserved by online agencies such as Expedia, Booking, do not qualify to earn Araiza Diamante points.

 

ACCOUNT CLOUSURE

All those accounts that do not retain their active status for 24 consecutive months will lose all the Araiza Diamante points they have accumulated at that time.

In the case of accounts with an inactivity period of 5 years, they will need to be completely canceled from the Araiza Diamante program.

If after this time you want to be a member again, you can register again for the loyalty program, starting with the Araiza Diamond level.

If you wish to close your account by your own decision, it will be necessary to notify the Araiza Diamante Central in writing at the following email araizadiamante@araizahoteles.com.

All Points not redeemed, benefits, as well as the level of membership reached, will be canceled immediately and cannot be recovered or transferred.
