Terms and conditions
To Start getting and increasing points you must mention your membership number when making your reservation to
1 877 727 2492 of our Reservation Central and present your membership card at the moment of checking in at any of our
hotels
The expiration of your membership and accumulated points is of two years after not receiving any visit at any of our hotels.
Each night at any of your hotels is equal to one point
The card and benefits of the program are personal and not transferable
In cas that two members stay at the same room, only one of them will get points for the stay (one point per night)
The benefits of Club Araiza will be given to the cardholder and only the room where he stays will amass points
The rewards can be claimed through a written application sent by email or fax to the main office of Club Araiza, with the person
in charge of Club Araiza in each hotel, or by calling to 01 800 62 706 00 from Mexico or (52 86) 564 1107 from USA. You
need a copy of a personal identification along with the previously mentioned written application in which you clearly
specify the reward required, in case of courtesy nights, you should mention the hotel, check in and check out dates,
room type (single or double), name and number of people that will stay in the room.
Courtesy nights at Araiza Hotels must be claimed with a minimum of 5 days prior to the arrival date.
Courtesy nights will be given exclusively in the kind of room you regularly stay and do not include breakfast.
Cancellations must be done at least 48 hours before the arrival date to our 01800 627 0600 number, in case of not cancelling
the reservation will be considered as a fact and the corresponding points will be discounted.
Only rewards that appear in our catalogue will be given. There is no exchange for other article points are not refundable
Club Araiza reserves the right to modify these rules and its reward catalogue without notice.
